85° BAKERY

I led a UX/UI redesign for the 85° Bakery Cafe mobile app, focused on improving clarity, usability, and visual flow. The original app suffered from poor hierarchy, unclear CTAs, and a frustrating user experience. My team conducted usability testing, developed user personas, and mapped key pain points to guide our redesign. We created wireframes and a high-fidelity Figma prototype that streamlined the ordering process and made the interface more intuitive and visually cohesive.
